I like it, And I am sure Celly would like it too, but to me, you need to think if that is what she would wear. I am not saying its ugly or anything, but I can't see Celly in that outfit. I am sorry if it sounds crude, cause I know how long it takes to finish pictures. Especially if they are pictures you want to come out perfect. I am a person who will take it out on people if they don't get my character almost 95% perfect. That other 5% is body size or hair style. To critique, hands are wonderful... better then what I can do ^^() And is her hair in two ponytails?

This may Drop the Grade down to Zero but Yes she has two Braids,and I understand what you're Saying but please consider how the other person would feel if you took it out on them Because of a few mistakes,It might either hurt them (On the account of how hard they tried) or force them to not Draw again out of Discouragement.

Granted, Some Can take it more than others (Mainly D-Types) but Mostly the I & S types Can get seriously disheartened by Such.
